• Checks availability of stock in the site store and all sites stores against Demand Bulletins for conducting the appropriate purchase/transfer request.
• Housekeeping and maintaining storage area.
• Manages stocks according to company's and manufacturer's recommendations.
• Adheres to and follows-up the HSE rules and regulations in accordance with the company policy and procedures.
• Supervises and assists in loading and unloading of various items in Stores.
• Prepares all the documents (including MRR), accepts deliveries based to MDS / MSDS and updates the store's system on a daily basis.
• Conducts annual Physical Inventory and submit variance report to the management.
