• Manages the team of storekeepers and monitors all the store activities.
• Supervises, follow-up of HSE rules and regulations in accordance with the company policy and procedures.
• Maintain minimum level of stocks and conduct Year-end Physical Inventory.
• Ensures that stock items are located on shelves or in yard and maintain it as per company's and manufacturer's recommendations.
• Processes all the documents for monthly closing of store books and distribution of reports to the management.
• Supervises operation of Physical Inventory and submits Variance Lists to the management.
