Performs development of designated experiments and validation of method development while being intimately in contact with superiors for discussion.
Reviews, assimilates and summarizes results of all experimental trials and other data into a format that allows easy review by superiors.
Leads transfer of scale-up technology to pilot plant manufacturing site as per relevant activity.
Reports the manufacturing procedure, critical parameters and validation protocol involved in the scale-up process in coordination with other team members from different departments.
Shares responsibility for timely resolution of the ongoing investigations concerning uprising problems or re-development of a product, and supervises the activities of the formulation development laboratory.
Supervises maintenance tasks of laboratory instruments and equipment including working instructions manuals & records, logbooks, calibrations and preventive maintenance requirements while reporting to R&D Manager any inconsistencies occurring and also any suggested necessary requirements.
Provides training and instructive supervision to junior level subordinates.
