To maintain the balance of plant, to report to Company management, tollers & shareholders & to issue the annual production plan then follow up Materials loading & calculate the delivered output by issuing the loading documents according to approved procedures.
To gather information from DCS and other equipments using them to account, monitor & report (feed gas & refrigerants consumption), (Materials & condensate production) & Materials delivered & losses calculations then update this information in (BOP & Materials loading program)
To use the production calculated data to update the annual delivery program and send to operation staff the production plan established for the plant. (Operations Target Report).
To prepare and send Materials loading schedule to the concerned departments, follow up the loading operations, calculate the Materials delivered quantities, issue & sign the loading documents and send them to other departments and to Tollers.
To calculate refrigerant import quantities, issue the relevant documents and check if its quantities are relevant to the contracted specifications.
To monitor the feed gas & Materials production & check whether the comply with the established program in terms of quantity & quality.
To gather data & prepare information on products and raw material required for the plant's management, economic & financial units (interface with other departments).
To prepare and issue monthly & annual production report & shutdown report.
To update the customer feedback database.
To maintain and develop production calculations & ship/shore related procedures.
To maintain, optimize & develop production planning related tools.
To Assist in shutdown preparations.
To Comply the daily work schedules.
