Qualification • 3-4 years of experience as a minimum to apply for Seasoned professional, with outstanding project planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills with ability to support multiple simultaneous projects in a matrix organizational structure.
• Excel at communicating with stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and information regarding the ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Experienced in coordinating, negotiating and motivating outside vendors and off-shore resources in support of time line and Software project deliverables.
• Superior coordination of user acceptance testing of final software development deliverables through iterative evolutions.
• Highly organized and able to manage a large number of tasks at once
• Strong writing and communication skills
• A basic understanding of project management
• Documentation skills for documenting project schedules, responsibilities and progress.
• Coordination skills with which to develop cordial relationships with other supervisors and complete projects.
• Familiar with book-keeping software and basic accounting.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and techniques.
• Multi-tasking: Able to handle more than one project simultaneously.
Function
• Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives.
• Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
• Define and initiate projects, and assign Project Managers to manage cost, schedule, and performance of component projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the program.
• Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
• Coach, mentor and lead personnel within a technical team environment.
• Present periodic Dashboard reports on the current program, future opportunities and client issues.
