o Solid Java knowledge with practical experience (experience in working on ERP Systems)
o Experience with JavaScript (using jQuery and/or other libraries)
o Experience with databases and SQL
o Knowledge of HTML best practices and inter-browser compatibility issues
o Experience to work with JavaScript and AJAX technologies to interface with Java backend
o Experience with different database vendors (MySQL, PostgreSQL), Oracle is a plus
o Experience with open source software(tomcat, apache)
