-Responsible for maintaining, modifying, updating, and providing quality assurance and performance-tuning for database, according to software specifications and established business rules.
-Identifies maintenance and enhancement issues relating to database design and integration with new and existing applications and systems (local and web-based).
-Responds rapidly to users requests for assistance.
-Design and implement a backup & recovery system.
-Tune all Oracle instance components including RAC configuration.
-Install, patch and maintain all Oracle software.
-Perform general technical trouble shooting.
