Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide regional / major country insight into the development of global business strategy; interprets global strategy into executable regional / country strategy, that aligns with the priorities and meets the objectives of each FE/BU global strategies, confers with board members, organizations officials and staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities and resolve problems.
2. Direct plan, and implement policies, objectives and activities within assigned region / major country to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, and to increase productivity.
3. Build a capable team to execute strategy, and add suitable bench-strength to successfully respond to the workforce planning identified needs.
4. Drive communication of short and long term strategy (including local/regional major initiatives deployment) for the designated area, as well as of KPIs accomplishment.
5. Lead the development and continuous improvement of customers and partners relationships across B&PT business and all the front ends represented in the responsibility area.
6. Provide leadership for collaborating with global resources (i.e. such as global front and leaders) to optimize the performance of the designated area, in the context of the global business model.
7. Drive profitable sales, market share growth, customer service and effective asset (inventory) management across designated area; directs and coordinates an organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiency.
8. Oversee the execution of, and leverages total supply chain (demand planning, customer service, sales and marketing, planning and scheduling, manufacturing and engineering, and logistics) capabilities of the designated area.
