Technical Support Team Leader - Juhayna Food Industries | Egypt Jobs



Job Purpose:

Contributing in Supporting Juhayna group Infrastructure (LAN & WAN), security,firewall and system protection. All hardware operating,operating systems and telephone systems.

Business Duties:

- Providing Technical support for any new devices.
- Responsible for the software and the hardware of the PBX, Photocopy,Fax & Data show machines.
- Contributing in providing training to the Operation team.
- Following up on maintenance contracts, and make sure to update it on time.
- Checking our stock and our needs from laptops, computer accessories and following deliveries.
- Supporting the Help Desk team to ensure that Juhayna's employees are getting high service quality .
- Designing new networks, UPS,Fax copies, telephone systems and server rooms for our new companies.
- Following up on new updates about networks, software, and hard ware in order to be always on track with the new technology.
