• Manage all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research (Product-Brand-Consumer)
• Responsible for selecting the appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet a defined business objective

• Interpreting data & customer insights, and making actionable recommendations
• Directly manage suppliers on various consumer research projects from development through implementation.
• Develop, manage, and improve the organization's system for accessing, updating, and communicating consumer insights.
