To perform instrumentation maintenance related activities including preventive and corrective maintenance schedule that is to optimise the reliability & availability of the equipments considering the plant operation & safety.
To carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all field instrumentation according to a pre-set schedule.
To perform the configuration, modification and troubleshooting activities for YOKOGAWA DCS system CENTUM CS 3000, SIS & ESD PROSAFE PLC, OPC, MULCOM & Serial Communication.
To follow up the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for field instrumentation done by outsource contractors according to a pre-set schedule.
To maintain the safety & quality regulations of all the instrumentation maintenance activities.
To list out all the spare parts that are required to perform preventive and corrective maintenance actions and to make technical evaluation for the received inquiries.
To perform the configuration, modification and troubleshooting activities for different types of PLCs (SIEMENS S7, HIMA, GE FANUC, etc.)
To review and update the preventive maintenance plan and maintenance work instructions using CMMS.
To liaise with other disciplines (operation, Technical services) to support all DSC relevant requirements.
To Assist in shutdown preparations.
To Comply the daily work schedules.
