Maintenance and repairing of machines and utilities for juice factory
●Maintenance and repairing of fire fighting system for internal circuit and external site
●Maintenance, repairing and design of water pumps
●Supervision of all labors are used in repairs and maintenance of existing and new projects
● Monitoring all works done by contractors on site and that all contractors follow the site rules with regards to PPE, GMP, HACCP and safety
● In - process work flow, quality management and Housekeeping, Health and safety
●Making a preventive maintenance planning, mechanical check list, monthly maintenance report for machines, utilities and process
●Ordering and controlling of machines and utilities spare parts and materials being fabricated
●Training plan for new employees for machines, process and utilities
●Follow up the maintenance workshop daily operations and organizing work processes
